Appointment confirmation

You’ll receive both a text and email confirmation shortly after booking.

Your confirmation email will include:

• Your appointment details

• Our updated rate schedule

• Any additional instructions specific to your visit

Intake Forms (for Naturopathic Care & New Massage Clients)

Within a few minutes of booking, you’ll receive a second email from Outsmart, our secure electronic medical records system.

Inside, you’ll find a link to complete your required intake forms.

Please complete these at least 24 hours before your first visit.

This ensures we can prepare for your appointment and make the most of your time with us.

Tips for completing your forms:

• A computer or tablet works best

• You can save your progress and return anytime

• The forms are straightforward and designed to help us understand your health story

Appointment reminders

You will receive automatic reminders leading up to your visit (by email and/or text).

If there is a change in your schedule please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule.

If You’re Visiting In Person (Massage or Naturopathic Care):

• Please arrive exactly at your appointment time (We do not have an indoor waiting area.)

• When you arrive, simply wait on the front porch or in your vehicle

• There’s no need to knock

• We will come out to greet you and bring you inside when we’re ready

You’ll find the space quiet, calm, and designed to help you feel cared for from the moment you walk in.

If your Visit is Virtual (Naturopathic Care)

The morning of your appointment, you’ll receive a secure video link via email

At your appointment time, click the link to join the call, making sure that your camera and microphone are working

If there are ever any connection issues, we will phone you directly so we can continue your visit without interruption

We aim to make virtual care as seamless and personal as being here in the clinic.

Our Cancellation Policies

Life happens — if you need to reschedule, we appreciate as much notice as possible.

We respect your time and ask for the same in return.

To ensure access for all clients:

• Naturopathic appointments: require 2 business days’ notice

• Massage therapy appointments: require 24 hours’ notice
