We’re a husband-and-wife team offering naturopathic care, acupuncture (within naturopathic treatment plans), and clinical massage therapy from our calm, home-based clinic in Stratford. 

Together, we combine evidence-based practice with a warm, personal approach — supporting your whole-body wellness with care that feels both professional and deeply human.

Naturopathic Care

I help women in midlife navigate hormonal transitions, sleep changes, energy shifts, digestive concerns, and the many responsibilities that shape this stage of life. As a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner, I bring advanced, evidence-informed support for perimenopause and menopause — grounded in a naturopathic approach that values the whole person, not just their symptoms.


My Hormonal to Whole™ framework provides a structured, personalized path forward, helping you understand what’s happening in your body and what you can realistically do to feel more like yourself again. Your care may include nutrition and lifestyle support, targeted supplementation, and acupuncture (offered within naturopathic treatment plans) to help shift your physiology toward better sleep, steadier energy, and overall well-being.


What matters most to me is creating a space where women feel heard, understood, and supported. I practice here at our home-based clinic alongside my husband Ben — offering care that is calm, collaborative, evidence-informed, and deeply human. Clinical Massage Therapy 

I take a clinical, thoughtful approach to massage therapy — helping people understand their pain, improve mobility, and feel more at ease in their bodies. My work combines thorough assessment, targeted hands-on treatment, and practical home-care guidance so you can make meaningful progress both on and off the table.


My path to becoming a Registered Massage Therapist began long before I entered the profession. After more than a decade working in construction — long days, heavy lifting, and every kind of weather — my own body reached a breaking point. A herniated lumbar disc at age 25 left me in severe pain and unsure what to do next. It was a massage therapist who helped me understand what was happening in my body, supported my recovery, and sparked my belief that with the right guidance, people can move beyond pain.

That experience shapes how I practice today. I know what it’s like to feel stuck in discomfort, and I know how empowering it can be to finally understand your body and what it needs. My goal is to meet you where you are, help you make sense of your symptoms, and work together to build strength, comfort, and resilience over time.

Here at our home-based clinic, I work alongside my wife Keila in a collaborative environment where massage therapy, naturopathic care, and acupuncture complement each other. Together, we support our clients with evidence-informed, personalized care that reflects the way healing really happens — step by step, with consistency, compassion, and clear direction.

How We Got Started

When a movement-loving landscape worker met an academic on her way to medical school with a passion for food and physiology, we imagined a life built on wellness — for ourselves, our family, and one day, our community.


We’ve always believed that our genetics and our upbringing don’t define our future. Curiosity, self-sufficiency, learning for the joy of it, and challenging what’s possible have shaped both our life and our work.


Together, we’ve traveled across the continent in our truck, slept under the stars in the mountains, cooked meals from food grown in our ¼-acre garden, and explored the world with our two small humans. These experiences have taught us that feeling well isn’t a luxury — it’s the foundation that allows you to live fully and boldly.
